Artistic Development

As an artist and as a person, mastering the artistic development of your mind is crucial. Not only will it make you a happier person more in tune with yourself and less negatively responsive to the chaotic world around them, but it WILL make you a better artist.

The artistic development of your mind

Artistic development is essential Learning to become in tune with yourself is the key to creating great art. You cannot create art that is true unless you unlock the truths about yourself.

Most people are quite disconnected from themselves. They are too busy trying to keep up with the world around them to even start thinking about what they really feel and what they really want.

You need to start listening to yourself and learning what it is you want. You need to figure out what makes you tick, what your triggers are and what makes you the most emotional.

First you need to develop self-control

If you want to learn more about yourself and develop a good connection with your body, you are going to need to know how to control it. That means mastering anxiety, emotional outbreaks and your own thoughts.

You will need to know how to identify your emotions and control them. You need to learn how to identify your thoughts and control them. And you need to learn how to connect with your soul and understand what it is saying.

In my experience, no one can tell you exactly how to reach self-control. There is no clear path to this but it is something that is achievable and it will change your life and the way you create art. If I can do it, so can you!

Meditation is much more powerful than most people give it credit for and it’s a great place to start. It will allow you to achieve complete physical control over your body and when you get very good at it, this in turn will lead to mental control. We offer support and guidance for any artist so please contact us with any questions.

Your body and mind are connected

Your body mind and soul are connectedAs I just mentioned above, learning how to control your body through meditation will eventually lead to control of your mind. This is because your body and mind are connected much more closely than you think.

Most people are very oblivious to this connection. They are not in tune with their body and even less are they in tune with their own minds.

It is a myth that humans only use 10% of their brains. But what is true is that humans only use 5% of their conscious brains to make decisions on a day to day basis. 95% of decision making is governed by the subconscious mind.

So if you aren’t in tune with that part of yourself it then you’re basically being governed by past prejudices, believes, experiences. That may explain why most people make the same mistakes over and over again and find themselves facing the same problems.

Now when it comes to art, how are you going to create a masterpiece that’s original if you are only operating on 5% decision making? Well the simple answer is that you aren’t. And that’s why most people don’t. You need to get in touch with that other 95%, and become more in touch with your subconscious bringing it to the conscious mind.

That’s what it refers to when people who are meditating talk about being in a state of “heightened consciousness.” It simply means that they have access to a larger chunk of their mental capacity. This also gives them more control over their actions, more peace and above all, more brain power that you’re conciously in charge of to work with!

Then access creativity and stimulate imagination
